What fitness levels do our classes cater for?Our classes are suitable to all fitness levels & age groups. We welcome everyone ~ whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, intermediate or advanced, our high quality trainers are always on hand to guide & advise you.

What is the minimum age to join Elite Fitness?Due to our insurance policies all members must be 16 years of age or over.

Is there changing facilities available?Yes, we have multiple changing rooms available.

Is your monthly pay membership contracted?No, there are no hidden contracts or agendas with our memberships, you are free to cancel at any time

How do I book a circuit class?Booking is easy, just click the “Log In” button in the menu and this will get you to your dashboard once you have put your details in and you can then book a class there. You can also book via our ClubRight app once you have created an account with us.

How do I book a strength & conditioning class ~”The Elite Programme”Please contact us directly to book a place on “The Elite Programme” as this is our smaller group training programme and spaces are limited, just send us your query on our form in our contact section & we will get back to you ASAP.
We are an innovative fitness facility that runs circuit classes and small group training with a fully kitted gym. We also regularly run six week fat loss programmes that includes nutritional advice, weights and measurements and daily support. We aim to provide a welcoming community to people from all walks of life that are looking to improve their health and fitness levels.
