 Our six week fat loss programmes are meticulously crafted to burn fat and build muscle- without giving up the foods that we love. No prerequisite knowledge or fitness level is required. The only requirement is the determination and commitment to making positive changes to your health, fitness and lifestyle. Exercise is only half the equation for a successful body recomposition. We will also provide you with realistic, healthy tips and meal ideas to help you achieve your fat loss goals while adding to or maintaining muscle mass.
